Based on this screenshot from Medaka Box. If you want to replace the colors, header and sidebar bakground color is #5449C3, header text shadow is #EBEEFF. Image must be at least 460px by 230px. If you want additional sections, copy and paste the code between TEXT START and TEXT END. If the text doesn't fit, a scroll bar will appear. Everything is under the <raw-code> tag, so don't forget the <br/> if you want to make line breaks!
