A CR chart. Replace HEXCODE with the color of your choice. Speech bubble icons can be found here. (Click Item, Icon, then next to ワンポイント, click 04.) Adjust the position of the speech bubble by playing with this part of the code: top: 60px; right: 30px; Putting in text that goes beyond the limit gives it a scroll bar.

UPDATE (09/23): This code is no longer in a table. Simply copy and paste the code between ITEM START and ITEM END for more rows.
